Is John Smith Elvis?

In February of 2004, John Smith wrote these while talking and drawing in the internet with a dear friend. My friend sent them to me and I kept them from that day.
As you all can see the handwriting is that of Elvis' handwriting. I don't have any doubt. Who could have one after this proof?
